What is it used for?
Used to relieve acidity, heartburn and acid reflux (GERD), especially when these symptoms are associated with indigestion or slow stomach movement.

How does it work?
Rabeprazole reduces the amount of acid produced in the stomach. Levosulpiride helps improve movement of the stomach and upper digestive tract, which can help reduce reflux and indigestion symptoms.

How to take/use it
Take exactly as prescribed. It is commonly taken before food, but follow the instructions on the prescription or product label. Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew it unless specifically advised.

Common side effects
Headache, nausea, diarrhoea, constipation, stomach pain, dizziness or drowsiness. Levosulpiride may also cause restlessness, menstrual changes, breast tenderness or milk discharge.

Precautions
Tell the doctor about pregnancy or breastfeeding, epilepsy, intestinal blockage or bleeding, kidney or liver problems, or a history of movement disorders. Seek medical advice for unusual muscle movements, severe restlessness, black stools, vomiting blood or persistent symptoms. Long-term use should be medically supervised, and other medicines should be reported to the doctor or pharmacist.
