What is it used for?
Gentamicin is an antibacterial medicine used to treat serious bacterial infections caused by susceptible bacteria. It does not work against viral infections such as colds or flu.

It stops susceptible bacteria from making essential proteins, which kills the bacteria or prevents their growth.

How to take/use it
