What is it used for?
Used to relieve a wet or productive cough with thick mucus and to help open the airways when wheezing or bronchospasm is present.

How does it work?
Ambroxol and guaifenesin help loosen and clear mucus from the airways. Terbutaline relaxes the airway muscles, helping improve airflow.

How to take/use it
Use only as directed by a doctor or according to the product label. Do not take more than the recommended amount or use it for longer than advised. Do not combine with other cough or cold medicines unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, diarrhoea, headache, tremors, nervousness, palpitations or a fast heartbeat.

Precautions
Use only on medical advice if there is heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, overactive thyroid, seizures or a history of irregular heartbeat. Consult a doctor during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Stop using it and seek medical help for rash, swelling, severe breathing difficulty or a very fast or irregular heartbeat. Seek medical advice if the cough worsens, lasts several days or is associated with high fever or breathing difficulty.
