What is it used for?
This combination is used to relieve cough with mucus and chest congestion, especially when airway narrowing or wheezing is also present.

How does it work?
Terbutaline relaxes the muscles of the airways to help breathing. Bromhexine and guaifenesin help loosen and clear mucus, while menthol may soothe throat irritation.

How to take/use it
Use only as directed by a doctor or as stated on the product label. Do not take more than the recommended amount. If symptoms worsen, breathing becomes difficult, or the cough does not improve, seek medical advice.

Common side effects
Trembling, nervousness, headache, nausea, stomach upset, fast heartbeat or palpitations may occur.

Precautions
