What is it used for?
Used to prevent and treat dehydration caused by diarrhoea, vomiting, or other fluid loss. It replaces water and important salts lost from the body.

How does it work?
The sodium and glucose help the intestines absorb water more effectively. Potassium and citrate help replace lost electrolytes and support the body's fluid and acid balance.

How to take/use it
Dissolve the powder in the exact amount of clean water stated on the package or provided instructions. Do not mix it with less or more water, and do not take the powder dry. Sip the prepared solution frequently and follow the product instructions for storage and use.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, bloating, or mild stomach discomfort may occur, especially if taken too quickly.

Precautions
Seek medical help for signs of severe dehydration, such as extreme weakness, confusion, very little or no urine, or inability to drink.
