What is it used for?
This supplement is used to prevent or treat deficiencies of vitamin B12, folate and vitamin B6. These vitamins support normal red blood cell formation, nerve function and DNA production.
How does it work?
Methylcobalamin, L-methylfolate and pyridoxal-5-phosphate are active forms of B vitamins. They help support blood-cell production, healthy nerve function and normal cellular processes.
How to take/use it
Take the capsule exactly as directed on the label or by a doctor. Swallow it with water and do not exceed the recommended amount.
Common side effects
Nausea, stomach upset, diarrhoea, headache or skin rash may occur. Serious reactions are uncommon.
Precautions
Do not use it if allergic to any of its ingredients. Tell a doctor about other medicines or supplements being taken. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or if a severe rash, swelling or breathing difficulty occurs.
