Zipradon Mr Tab (20X10'S) Diclofenac Sodium 50Mg, Paracetamol 325Mg, Chlorzoxazone 250Mg by RPG

What is it used for?
Used to relieve pain, inflammation and muscle spasm in musculoskeletal conditions such as back pain, sprains and strains.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps relieve pain, while chlorzoxazone acts as a muscle relaxant to reduce muscle spasm.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed, preferably with or after food and with water. Do not take more than the recommended amount. Avoid taking other medicines containing diclofenac, paracetamol or similar painkillers unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness and drowsiness.

Precautions
Avoid alcohol and driving or operating machinery if dizzy or drowsy. Use only under medical advice if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or during pregnancy. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe allergic reactions, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or severe skin rash.
