What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain and inflammation, including pain associated with muscle cramps or spasms.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces the substances that cause pain and inflammation. Drotaverine relaxes spasming smooth muscles, helping to relieve cramp-like pain.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by the doctor. Swallow with water, preferably with or after food, and do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use it for longer than advised.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness, or headache may occur.

Precautions
Avoid use if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, severe kidney or liver disease, or allergy to painkillers such as aspirin or other NSAIDs, unless specifically advised by a doctor. Inform the doctor about heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, or low blood pressure. Avoid combining it with other NSAID painkillers unless advised. It should generally be avoided during the last 3 months of pregnancy. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, breathing difficulty, or facial swelling.
