What is it used for?
This combination is used in adult men to treat erectile dysfunction, which is difficulty getting or keeping an erection, and premature ejaculation. It helps improve erection and may delay ejaculation.

How does it work?
Sildenafil increases blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping achieve an erection. Dapoxetine affects serotonin activity in the nervous system and helps delay ejaculation.

How to take/use it
Take this medicine by mouth exactly as prescribed. Do not take more than directed or combine it with other medicines for erectile dysfunction. Sexual stimulation is needed for sildenafil to work. Avoid drinking large amounts of alcohol while using it.

Common side effects
Headache, dizziness, flushing, indigestion, nausea, diarrhoea, blocked nose and visual changes may occur.

Precautions
Do not use with nitrate medicines for chest pain or riociguat, as this can cause a dangerous fall in blood pressure. Tell the doctor about heart disease, low blood pressure, fainting, liver or kidney problems, or use of antidepressants, tramadol, certain migraine medicines or medicines for high blood pressure. Seek urgent medical help for chest pain, fainting, a sudden change or loss of vision or hearing, an erection lasting more than 4 hours, or severe agitation, fever or muscle stiffness.
