What is it used for?
Used to relieve wet or productive cough with thick mucus, especially when airway narrowing causes wheezing or breathing difficulty.

How does it work?
Ambroxol and guaiphenesin help loosen and clear mucus from the airways. Terbutaline relaxes the airway muscles, helping improve airflow.

How to take/use it
Take/use only as directed by a doctor or according to the product label. Do not exceed the recommended amount. If it is a liquid, measure each dose with the supplied measuring device rather than a household spoon.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach discomfort, headache, dizziness, tremors, nervousness, muscle cramps or a fast heartbeat may occur.

Precautions
Use with medical advice if there is heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, an overactive thyroid or a history of seizures. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
