What is it used for?
Used to help manage vitamin B12, B6 and folate deficiency and to support nerve health. It is commonly used as part of treatment for nerve-related symptoms such as tingling, numbness or burning sensations in peripheral neuropathy.

How does it work?
Methylcobalamin, pyridoxine and folic acid support normal nerve function and blood-cell formation. Alpha lipoic acid has antioxidant properties and may help protect nerves from oxidative stress.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed by a doctor or according to the product label. Swallow with water and do not exceed the recommended amount. Do not use it for longer than advised without medical guidance.

Common side effects
Nausea, stomach upset, diarrhoea, headache or skin rash may occur. Alpha lipoic acid may sometimes lower blood sugar.
