What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of cold and allergy-related symptoms such as blocked or runny nose, sneezing, fever, headache and body aches. It does not treat the underlying infection.

How does it work?
Nimesulide helps reduce pain, fever and inflammation. Phenylephrine relieves nasal blockage, while levocetirizine reduces allergy symptoms such as sneezing and a runny nose.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a doctor. Swallow the tablet with water, preferably after food, and do not take more than the recommended amount or use it for longer than advised. Avoid combining it with other painkillers, cold medicines or antihistamines unless advised.

Common side effects
Nausea, stomach upset, indigestion, dry mouth, dizziness, drowsiness, headache or palpitations may occur.

Precautions
Avoid use or seek medical advice if there is liver disease, stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney disease, high blood pressure or heart disease. Avoid alcohol and driving if drowsy or dizzy. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in children. Stop the medicine and seek medical help for severe skin reactions, breathing difficulty, unusual bleeding or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
