What is it used for?
This combination is used for temporary relief of common cold and flu symptoms such as fever, headache, body aches, blocked or runny nose, sneezing and nasal congestion.

How does it work?
Paracetamol helps reduce fever and pain. The decongestant helps clear a blocked nose, chlorpheniramine reduces sneezing and runny nose, and caffeine may support the pain-relieving effect.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed on the product label or by a doctor. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol or similar cold ingredients. Swallow with water.

Common side effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, headache, nervousness, difficulty sleeping, increased heartbeat or increased blood pressure may occur.

Precautions
Avoid driving or operating machinery if drowsy or dizzy, and avoid alcohol. Seek medical advice before use if there is high blood pressure, heart disease, liver disease, glaucoma, thyroid disease, difficulty passing urine, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended amount of paracetamol.
