What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of common cold and flu symptoms such as fever, headache, body aches, blocked or runny nose, sneezing and watery eyes.

How does it work?
Paracetamol reduces fever and pain. Phenylephrine helps relieve nasal congestion, while diphenhydramine reduces allergy-like symptoms such as sneezing and a runny nose; caffeine may support the pain-relieving effect.

How to take/use it
Follow the dose and frequency stated on the product label or prescribed by a healthcare professional. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol, diphenhydramine, phenylephrine or similar cold-medicine ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Common side effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, blurred vision, restlessness, difficulty sleeping, headache, fast heartbeat or increased blood pressure.

Precautions
May cause drowsiness; avoid driving, operating machinery and alcohol. Seek medical advice before use if there is liver disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, thyroid disease, prostate or urinary problems. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only on medical advice. Avoid taking other paracetamol-containing products, and seek advice if symptoms are severe, worsen or do not improve.
