What is it used for?
This medicine is used for short-term relief of common cold symptoms such as blocked nose, sneezing, headache, fever, body aches and other mild pain.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac and paracetamol help reduce pain and fever. Phenylephrine relieves nasal blockage, while cetirizine reduces allergy symptoms such as sneezing and a runny nose; caffeine may enhance pain relief and help reduce drowsiness.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed or directed on the pack. Swallow with water, preferably after food. Do not take more than the recommended amount or use it for longer than advised. Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol, aceclofenac or similar painkillers unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, dry mouth, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, difficulty sleeping, palpitations or increased blood pressure may occur.

Avoid alcohol and be careful when driving or operating machinery, as dizziness or drowsiness may occur.
