What is it used for?
Used to treat bacterial eye infections accompanied by redness, swelling or other inflammation. It should be used only when prescribed by a doctor.

How does it work?
Tobramycin is an antibiotic that stops the growth of susceptible bacteria. Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness and swelling.

How to take/use it
Use in the eye exactly as prescribed. Wash hands before use and avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye or any surface. Do not use it for longer than advised, and do not share the medicine. Remove contact lenses before use unless the doctor advises otherwise.

Common side effects
Temporary burning, stinging, irritation or blurred vision after application. Prolonged use may increase eye pressure, delay healing or cause other eye problems.

Precautions
Use only under medical supervision, especially if there is glaucoma, a history of herpes eye infection, or an eye injury. This medicine may worsen untreated viral or fungal eye infections. Seek medical advice if eye pain, vision changes, worsening redness or swelling develops, or if symptoms do not improve. Avoid driving until blurred vision clears.
