THIOZEX-50 containeth Thioridazine Hydrochloride 50 mg, a first-generation (typical) antipsychotic of the phenothiazine family. It is used in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia and other severe psychotic disorders, particularly in individuals who are unresponsive to other antipsychotics. It worketh by blocking dopamine receptors in the brain, thereby reducing psychosis, agitation, and hallucinations.

How to Use
