Tencure GM (20g) Clobetasol Pro.0.05% + Neomycin Sul.0.5% + Miconazole.2% by Csc

What is it used for?
Used on the skin for certain inflamed skin infections involving fungi or bacteria. It should be used only when recommended by a doctor, as the steroid component can worsen some infections if used incorrectly.

How does it work?
Clobetasol reduces redness, swelling and itching. Miconazole treats fungal growth, while neomycin acts against certain bacteria.

How to take/use it
For external use only. Apply a thin layer to the affected skin exactly as prescribed. Wash hands before and after use, unless the hands are being treated. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth and other sensitive areas, and do not cover the area with a tight dressing unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Burning, stinging, irritation, dryness or itching at the application site. Prolonged or improper use may cause skin thinning, stretch marks or changes in skin colour.

Precautions
Do not use on the face, groin, skin folds, broken skin or large areas unless specifically advised by a doctor. Avoid prolonged use, especially in children. Do not use for acne or untreated viral skin infections. Stop using it and seek medical advice if the infection worsens, a severe rash develops, or there is no improvement. Tell the doctor about any allergy to clobetasol, neomycin, miconazole or similar medicines.
