Composition:\
Telmisartan 40 mg \+ Bisoprolol 5 mg.

Uses:\
Used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It may also be prescribed for certain heart conditions when both medicines are appropriate. It helps relax blood vessels and reduces heart rate and workload, thereby lowering blood pressure.

How to Use:\
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably at the same time each day. Take it regularly and do not stop treatment suddenly without medical advice.

Precautions & Warnings:\
Tell your doctor if you have asthma or other breathing problems, a slow heart rate, low blood pressure, diabetes, kidney or liver disease, or heart rhythm problems. Bisoprolol may slow the heart rate and can mask some symptoms of low blood sugar. Telmisartan may increase potassium levels and affect kidney function. Your doctor may monitor your blood pressure, heart rate, kidney function, and potassium levels.

Possible Side Effects:\
Common side effects include dizziness, tiredness, headache, slow heart rate, low blood pressure, and cold hands or feet. Seek immediate medical attention for fainting, very slow or irregular heartbeat, severe breathing difficulty, swelling of the face or throat, or other signs of a serious allergic reaction.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:\
Do not use this medicine during pregnancy because telmisartan can harm the developing baby. If you become pregnant while taking it, contact your doctor immediately. Consult your doctor before using this medicine while breastfeeding.

Storage:\
Store at room temperature in a dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the medicine in its original packaging and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Important Safety Information:\
Take this medicine regularly as prescribed and monitor your blood pressure and heart rate as advised. Do not stop bisoprolol suddenly, as this may worsen certain heart conditions. Avoid potassium supplements or potassium-containing salt substitutes unless recommended by your doctor. If you miss a dose, take it when remembered unless it is nearly time for the next dose; do not take a double dose.
