Composition:\
Telmisartan 40 mg \+ Amlodipine 5 mg.

Uses:\
Used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) when treatment with one medicine alone is not sufficient. It helps relax and widen blood vessels, making it easier for the heart to pump blood and lowering blood pressure.

How to Use:\
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably at the same time each day. Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor, even if you feel well.

Precautions & Warnings:\
Tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, heart disease, low blood pressure, or high potassium levels. This medicine may cause dizziness or low blood pressure, particularly when starting treatment or if you are dehydrated. Inform your doctor if you are taking potassium supplements, potassium-containing salt substitutes, or other medicines that may increase potassium levels.

Possible Side Effects:\
Common side effects include dizziness, headache, ankle or leg swelling, flushing, tiredness, and low blood pressure. Seek immediate medical attention for severe dizziness or fainting, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, difficulty breathing, or signs of a serious allergic reaction.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:\
Do not use this medicine during pregnancy because telmisartan can harm the developing baby. If you become pregnant while taking it, contact your doctor immediately. Consult your doctor before using this medicine while breastfeeding.

Storage:\
Store at room temperature in a dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the medicine in its original packaging and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Important Safety Information:\
Take this medicine regularly as prescribed and monitor your blood pressure as advised. Avoid potassium supplements or potassium-containing salt substitutes unless recommended by your doctor. If you miss a dose, take it when remembered unless it is nearly time for the next dose; do not take a double dose.
