Composition:\
Telmisartan 80 mg \+ Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg.

Uses:\
Used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) when treatment with one medicine alone is not sufficient. It helps relax blood vessels and promotes the removal of excess salt and water from the body, thereby lowering blood pressure.

How to Use:\
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably at the same time each day. Because hydrochlorothiazide increases urination, taking it earlier in the day may help reduce nighttime urination. Do not stop treatment without consulting your doctor.

Precautions & Warnings:\
Tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, low blood pressure, dehydration, diabetes, gout, or electrolyte abnormalities. This medicine may cause dizziness, dehydration, and changes in potassium or sodium levels. Hydrochlorothiazide may increase blood sugar and uric acid levels and may make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. Your doctor may monitor your blood pressure, kidney function, electrolytes, blood sugar, and uric acid levels.

Possible Side Effects:\
Common side effects include dizziness, headache, tiredness, increased urination, nausea, and electrolyte disturbances. Seek immediate medical attention for severe dizziness or fainting, severe weakness, irregular heartbeat, swelling of the face or throat, difficulty breathing, or signs of a serious allergic reaction.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:\
Do not use this medicine during pregnancy because telmisartan can harm the developing baby. If you become pregnant while taking it, contact your doctor immediately. Consult your doctor before using this medicine while breastfeeding.

Storage:\
Store at room temperature in a dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the medicine in its original packaging and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Important Safety Information:\
Take this medicine regularly as prescribed and monitor your blood pressure as advised. Maintain adequate fluid intake unless your doctor has advised fluid restriction. Avoid potassium supplements or potassium-containing salt substitutes unless recommended by your doctor. If you miss a dose, take it when remembered unless it is nearly time for the next dose; do not take a double dose.
