What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of abdominal pain and cramps caused by spasms of the intestine or stomach. It helps reduce both the pain and the muscle spasms.

How does it work?
Paracetamol relieves pain, while dicyclomine relaxes the muscles of the stomach and intestine to reduce cramping.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed by a doctor or according to the product label. Do not take more than the recommended amount, and avoid using other medicines containing paracetamol at the same time.

Common side effects
Dry mouth, dizziness, blurred vision, nausea, constipation, or stomach discomfort may occur. Drowsiness or difficulty urinating can also occur.

Precautions
Avoid alcohol and seek medical advice before use if there is liver disease, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, prostate enlargement, bowel blockage, or myasthenia gravis. Avoid driving if dizzy, drowsy, or experiencing blurred vision. Seek medical attention for severe, persistent, or unexplained abdominal pain, or if pain is accompanied by vomiting, blood in the stool, or fever. Do not exceed the recommended paracetamol amount, as overdose can seriously damage the liver.
