What is it used for?
Used for temporary relief of common cold symptoms such as fever, body aches, headache, blocked or runny nose, sneezing and related nasal congestion.

How does it work?
Paracetamol helps reduce fever and pain. Phenylephrine helps relieve nasal congestion, while chlorpheniramine reduces allergy-like symptoms such as sneezing and a runny nose.

How to take/use it
Use only as directed on the product label or by a doctor or pharmacist. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol or other cold and decongestant ingredients. Do not use it for longer than recommended.

Common side effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, blurred vision, nausea, stomach discomfort, headache or a fast heartbeat may occur.

Precautions
May cause drowsiness; avoid driving and alcohol if affected. Seek medical advice before use if there is high blood pressure, heart disease, liver disease, glaucoma, difficulty passing urine or prostate problems. Ask a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Keep out of children's reach, and seek medical help if symptoms are severe, worsen or do not improve as expected.
