What is it used for?
This medicine provides temporary relief from common cold symptoms such as blocked or stuffy nose, runny nose, sneezing, headache, body aches and fever.

How does it work?
Paracetamol reduces fever and relieves pain. Phenylephrine helps reduce nasal congestion, while diphenhydramine helps relieve runny nose and sneezing; caffeine may enhance pain relief.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed on the package or by a doctor. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol or other cold and flu ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended amount or duration.

Common side effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, stomach discomfort, difficulty sleeping, nervousness or palpitations may occur.

Precautions
Avoid driving or operating machinery if drowsy or dizzy. Avoid alcohol. Ask a doctor before use if there is high blood pressure, heart disease, liver disease, glaucoma, thyroid disease, difficulty urinating or prostate enlargement. Seek medical advice before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve.
