Composition:\
Sitagliptin 50 mg.

Uses:\
Used to help control blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus, along with a healthy diet and regular exercise. It may be used alone or with other diabetes medicines as prescribed by a doctor.

How to Use:\
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Take it at the same time each day. Do not change the dose or stop treatment without medical advice.

Precautions & Warnings:\
Tell your doctor if you have kidney disease, pancreatitis, gallstones, or a history of heart failure. The dose of sitagliptin may need adjustment in people with reduced kidney function. When used with insulin or certain other diabetes medicines, it may increase the risk of low blood sugar. Seek medical advice if you develop severe or persistent abdominal pain, especially if it spreads to the back.

Possible Side Effects:\
Common side effects include headache, stuffy or runny nose, sore throat, and stomach discomfort. Low blood sugar may occur, particularly when used with insulin or certain other diabetes medicines. Rarely, pancreatitis or serious allergic reactions may occur. Seek immediate medical attention for severe abdominal pain, swelling of the face or throat, difficulty breathing, or severe skin reactions.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:\
If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before taking sitagliptin.

Storage:\
Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Important Safety Information:\
Take sitagliptin regularly as prescribed and monitor your blood sugar as advised. Do not take more than the prescribed dose. If you miss a dose, take it when remembered unless it is nearly time for the next dose; do not take a double dose. Continue your recommended diet, exercise, and other diabetes treatment as advised by your doctor.
