Composition:\
Sitagliptin 100 mg.

Uses:\
Used to help control blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus, along with a healthy diet and regular exercise. It may be used alone or in combination with other diabetes medicines as prescribed by a doctor.

How to Use:\
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Take it at the same time each day. Do not stop treatment or change the dose without medical advice.

Precautions & Warnings:\
Tell your doctor if you have kidney disease, pancreatitis, gallstones, or a history of heart failure. Your doctor may adjust the dose if you have reduced kidney function. When taken with insulin or certain other diabetes medicines, sitagliptin may increase the risk of low blood sugar. Seek medical advice for severe, persistent abdominal pain, especially if it spreads to the back.

Possible Side Effects:\
Common side effects include headache, stuffy or runny nose, sore throat, and stomach discomfort. Low blood sugar may occur, particularly when used with insulin or certain other diabetes medicines. Rarely, pancreatitis or serious allergic reactions can occur. Seek medical attention for severe abdominal pain, swelling of the face or throat, difficulty breathing, or severe skin reactions.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:\
If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before taking sitagliptin.

Storage:\
Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Important Safety Information:\
Take sitagliptin regularly as prescribed and monitor your blood sugar as advised. Do not take more than the prescribed dose. If you miss a dose, take it when remembered unless it is nearly time for the next dose; do not take a double dose. Continue following your prescribed diet, exercise, and diabetes treatment plan.
