Composition:\
Silodosin 8 mg \+ Dutasteride 0.5 mg.

Uses:\
Used to treat symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia, or BPH), such as difficulty starting urination, weak urine flow, frequent urination, and incomplete bladder emptying.

How to Use:\
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Take with a meal, preferably at the same time each day. Swallow the capsule whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or open the capsule. Do not stop treatment without consulting your doctor.

Precautions & Warnings:\
May cause dizziness, light-headedness, or a drop in blood pressure, especially when standing up. Rise slowly from sitting or lying down. Tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems or are taking medicines for blood pressure or erectile dysfunction. Dutasteride may reduce sperm count and semen volume and may affect fertility in some men. Women, children, and adolescents should not handle leaking capsules containing dutasteride.

Possible Side Effects:\
Common side effects include dizziness, decreased sex drive, erectile dysfunction, ejaculation problems, and reduced semen volume. Breast tenderness or enlargement may also occur. Seek medical attention for severe dizziness, fainting, swelling of the face or throat, or other signs of a serious allergic reaction.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:\
This medicine is intended for use in men. Dutasteride may harm a male fetus. Pregnant women should not handle leaking capsules. Dutasteride can be present in semen; if your partner is pregnant or may become pregnant, use a condom during sexual intercourse as advised by your doctor.

Storage:\
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Important Safety Information:\
Dutasteride lowers PSA levels and can affect prostate cancer screening. Tell your doctor that you are taking dutasteride before having a PSA test. Do not donate blood while taking dutasteride and for at least 6 months after the last dose. Avoid driving or operating machinery if you experience dizziness or reduced alertness.
