What is it used for?
This medicine is used to relieve neuropathic pain (nerve pain caused by irritated or damaged nerves), such as burning, tingling or shooting pain. It is not generally used for ordinary muscle or joint pain.

How does it work?
Pregabalin reduces abnormal pain signals in the nervous system. Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 that supports normal nerve function.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed, with or without food, and swallow the capsule whole with water. Take it at the same time each day if directed. Do not stop it suddenly without medical advice.

Common side effects
Dizziness, sleepiness, blurred vision, dry mouth, tiredness, swelling of the hands or feet, increased appetite and weight gain.

Precautions
Avoid driving or operating machinery until the effect is known. Avoid alcohol, as it may increase sleepiness and dizziness. Tell the doctor about kidney problems, breathing problems, pregnancy or breastfeeding, or use of opioids or other sedating medicines. Seek urgent medical help for severe breathing difficulty, facial or throat swelling, or thoughts of self-harm.
