Composition:\
Sacubitril 97 mg \+ Valsartan 103 mg.

Uses:\
Used to treat certain patients with chronic heart failure, particularly heart failure with reduced ejection fraction. It helps reduce the strain on the heart and lowers the risk of heart-failure-related hospitalization and cardiovascular death in appropriate patients.

How to Use:\
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water, usually twice daily or as directed. Take it at the same times each day. Do not stop treatment without consulting your doctor.

Precautions & Warnings:\
Tell your doctor if you have low blood pressure, kidney or liver problems, high potassium levels, or a history of angioedema (swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat). This medicine can lower blood pressure and affect kidney function and potassium levels. Do not take it with an ACE inhibitor such as ramipril; a 36-hour gap is required when switching between an ACE inhibitor and sacubitril/valsartan. Avoid potassium supplements or potassium-containing salt substitutes unless advised by your doctor.

Possible Side Effects:\
Common side effects include low blood pressure, dizziness, increased potassium levels, cough, and changes in kidney function. Seek immediate medical attention for swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, difficulty breathing, fainting, or severe dizziness.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:\
Do not use this medicine during pregnancy because it can harm the developing baby. If you become pregnant while taking it, contact your doctor immediately. Consult your doctor before using this medicine while breastfeeding.

Storage:\
Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the medicine in its original packaging and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Important Safety Information:\
Take sacubitril/valsartan regularly as prescribed. Monitor your blood pressure and attend recommended appointments for kidney function and blood potassium checks. Do not take an ACE inhibitor at the same time. If you miss a dose, take the next dose at the usual time; do not take two doses together.
