Rptron Tab (20X10'S) Ondansetron 4 Mg. Orally Disintegrating Tablet by RPG

What is it used for?
Ondansetron is used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting, including nausea and vomiting related to certain medical treatments or surgery.

How does it work?
It blocks serotonin signals in the body that can trigger nausea and vomiting.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed. Place the orally disintegrating tablet on the tongue and allow it to dissolve. Do not take more or use it for longer than directed.

Common side effects
Headache, constipation, diarrhoea, tiredness and dizziness.

Precautions
Tell the doctor if there is a history of heart rhythm problems, low potassium or magnesium levels, liver disease, or an allergy to ondansetron. Inform the doctor about all medicines being taken, especially medicines that affect heart rhythm or serotonin levels. Seek medical help for fainting, a fast or irregular heartbeat, severe allergic symptoms, or signs of serotonin syndrome such as agitation, fever, sweating, confusion or muscle stiffness.
