Roxsin TR Drops (15ml) Ambroxol + Guaphen. + Terbutaline Drops by Csc

What is it used for?
This combination is used for cough with phlegm and breathing difficulty caused by narrowed airways or bronchospasm. It helps loosen mucus and makes it easier to clear from the airways. Use it only as prescribed, especially in children.

How does it work?
Ambroxol thins and loosens mucus, while guaiphenesin helps clear phlegm. Terbutaline relaxes the airway muscles, helping to improve airflow.

How to take/use it
Use the drops exactly as directed by the doctor or on the product label. Measure the dose carefully with the supplied dropper or measuring device, and do not take more or use it more often than recommended.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach discomfort, headache, dizziness, tremors, nervousness, fast heartbeat or palpitations may occur. Stop using it and seek medical help for signs of an allergic reaction.

Precautions
Tell the doctor if there is heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, overactive thyroid, seizures, or sensitivity to any ingredient. Terbutaline may cause tremors or a fast heartbeat. Seek urgent medical care for severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, or worsening wheezing.
