What is it used for?
It is used to relieve cough with mucus and chest congestion. It also helps loosen thick phlegm and relax narrowed airways when coughing is associated with breathing difficulty.

How does it work?
Terbutaline helps relax the muscles around the airways. Bromhexine and guaiphenesin help thin and loosen mucus so it can be coughed out, while menthol may soothe throat irritation.

How to take/use it
Use only as directed by a doctor or according to the product label. Measure liquid doses with the supplied measuring device, if applicable, and do not take more than recommended. Consult a doctor if the cough persists, worsens, or is accompanied by significant breathing difficulty.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, headache, dizziness, nervousness, shakiness or tremor, and a fast heartbeat may occur.

Precautions
Tell the doctor if there is heart disease, an irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, diabetes, an overactive thyroid, or a history of seizures. Do not use if allergic to any ingredient.
