Romiside D (10x1x10) Trypsin, Bromelain, Rutoside & Diclofenac Tablets by Csc

What is it used for?
This medicine is used to relieve pain, inflammation and swelling associated with muscle or joint injuries, arthritis and other musculoskeletal conditions.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces the production of substances that cause pain and inflammation. Trypsin, bromelain and rutoside may help reduce inflammation and swelling.

How to take/use it
Take it only as prescribed. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably with or after food. Do not take more or use it for longer than recommended.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness and skin rash may occur.

Precautions
Avoid this medicine if there is a history of stomach ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding, or allergy to diclofenac, other NSAID painkillers, bromelain, trypsin or rutoside. Inform the doctor about kidney, liver or heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or bleeding disorders. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy, especially the third trimester, or while taking blood thinners, steroids or other painkillers. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe allergic reactions or breathing difficulty.
