What is it used for?
Used for acidity, heartburn, indigestion, stomach cramps and bloating caused by excess stomach acid, intestinal spasms and gas.

How does it work?
Ranitidine reduces the production of stomach acid. Dicyclomine relaxes intestinal muscles to reduce cramps, while simethicone helps break up gas bubbles and relieve bloating.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed by a doctor or according to the product label. Do not take more or use it for longer than recommended. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist or keep returning.

Common side effects
Dry mouth, constipation, diarrhoea, nausea, headache, dizziness or drowsiness. Blurred vision may occur due to dicyclomine.

Precautions
Use only on medical advice if there is glaucoma, difficulty passing urine or an enlarged prostate, intestinal blockage, or kidney or liver disease. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Avoid driving or operating machinery if dizziness, drowsiness or blurred vision occurs. Seek medical advice for severe or persistent abdominal pain, vomiting, black stools or vomiting blood.
