Composition:\
Ramipril 5 mg \+ Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg.

Uses:\
Used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) when treatment with more than one medicine is needed. It lowers blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels and helping the body remove excess salt and water.

How to Use:\
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow it whole with water, preferably at the same time each day. Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor.

Precautions & Warnings:\
Tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, low blood pressure, diabetes, gout, high or low potassium levels, or a history of angioedema (swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat). This medicine may cause dizziness, dehydration, and changes in electrolytes. Your doctor may monitor your blood pressure, kidney function, and electrolyte levels. Avoid potassium supplements or potassium-containing salt substitutes unless advised by your doctor.

Possible Side Effects:\
Common side effects include dizziness, headache, tiredness, dry cough, nausea, increased urination, low blood pressure, and changes in electrolyte levels. Seek immediate medical attention for swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, difficulty breathing, fainting, severe weakness, or irregular heartbeat.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:\
Do not use this medicine during pregnancy because ramipril can harm the developing baby. If you become pregnant while taking it, contact your doctor immediately. Consult your doctor before using this medicine while breastfeeding.

Storage:\
Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Important Safety Information:\
Take this medicine regularly as prescribed and monitor your blood pressure as advised. Hydrochlorothiazide may increase sensitivity to sunlight and may affect blood sugar and uric acid levels. Maintain adequate fluid intake unless your doctor has advised fluid restriction. If you miss a dose, take it when remembered unless it is nearly time for the next dose; do not take a double dose.
