Composition:\
Ramipril 2.5 mg.

Uses:\
Used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke in certain high-risk patients, and manage heart failure. It may also be used to protect kidney function in some patients, as prescribed by a doctor.

How to Use:\
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow it whole with water. Take it at the same time each day. Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor.

Precautions & Warnings:\
Tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, low blood pressure, high potassium levels, diabetes, or a history of swelling (angioedema). Inform your doctor if you are taking potassium supplements, potassium-containing salt substitutes, or medicines that may increase potassium levels. Ramipril may cause dizziness, especially when starting treatment or if you are dehydrated.

Possible Side Effects:\
Common side effects include dry cough, dizziness, headache, tiredness, nausea, and low blood pressure. Seek immediate medical attention if you develop swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, difficulty breathing, fainting, or severe weakness.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:\
Ramipril should not be used during pregnancy because it can harm the developing baby. If you become pregnant while taking it, contact your doctor immediately. Consult your doctor before using ramipril while breastfeeding.

Storage:\
Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Important Safety Information:\
Take ramipril regularly as prescribed and monitor your blood pressure as advised. Your doctor may check kidney function and blood potassium levels during treatment. Avoid potassium supplements or potassium-containing salt substitutes unless recommended by your doctor. If you miss a dose, take it when remembered unless it is nearly time for the next dose; do not take a double dose.
