What is it used for?
Used to relieve acidity, heartburn and acid reflux (GERD), especially when these symptoms are associated with nausea, vomiting or a feeling of fullness.

How does it work?
Rabeprazole reduces the amount of acid produced in the stomach. Domperidone helps improve movement of the stomach and food through the digestive tract and can help relieve nausea and vomiting.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed. Swallow the SR capsule whole with water; do not crush, chew or open it. Follow the prescribed timing in relation to meals and do not take it for longer than recommended.

Common side effects
Headache, diarrhoea, stomach pain, nausea, dry mouth, dizziness or constipation. Seek medical help for a fast or irregular heartbeat, fainting or severe diarrhoea.

Precautions
Tell the doctor about heart disease, an irregular heartbeat, liver or kidney problems, or low potassium or magnesium levels. Domperidone may increase the risk of abnormal heart rhythms, particularly with higher doses, prolonged use or certain medicines. Inform the doctor about all medicines being taken, especially medicines that affect heart rhythm. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only on medical advice.
