Qugyl Iv (100Ml) Ofloxacin 200Mg by RPG

What is it used for?
Ofloxacin 200 mg is an antibiotic used to treat certain bacterial infections. It does not work against viral infections such as colds or flu.

How does it work?
It stops susceptible bacteria from multiplying by blocking enzymes needed for their DNA production.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed and complete the recommended course, even if symptoms improve. Swallow with water. Do not take it at the same time as antacids or supplements containing aluminium, magnesium, iron or zinc; separate them as advised by a doctor or pharmacist.

Common side effects
Nausea, diarrhoea, stomach discomfort, headache, dizziness and sleep disturbance.

Precautions
Use only on medical advice. Seek medical help for tendon pain or swelling, numbness or tingling, severe or persistent diarrhoea, severe mood or nerve-related symptoms, or an allergic reaction. Tell the doctor about pregnancy, breastfeeding, kidney problems, heart rhythm problems, seizures, or previous tendon problems. Avoid driving if dizzy or affected by vision or concentration changes.
