What is it used for?
Micronised progesterone is a form of the natural hormone progesterone. It is prescribed for progesterone deficiency, menstrual or uterine-lining problems, support during fertility treatment or early pregnancy, and with oestrogen hormone replacement therapy to protect the lining of the uterus. Its exact use depends on the doctor's prescription.

How does it work?
It replaces or supplements progesterone and helps regulate the menstrual cycle and prepare and maintain the lining of the uterus. When used with oestrogen therapy, it helps prevent excessive thickening of the uterine lining.

How to take/use it

Precautions
