Piles Heal Oint (20X30Gm) Calcium Dobesilate, Lignocaine, Hydrocortisone, Zinc Oint By Elder

What is it used for?
This combination is used to relieve symptoms of piles (haemorrhoids), such as pain, itching, swelling and irritation around the anus.

How does it work?
Lignocaine helps numb pain, while hydrocortisone reduces inflammation and itching. Calcium dobesilate helps reduce swelling, and zinc helps protect irritated skin.

How to take/use it
Use only as directed on the package or by a doctor. If it is a rectal preparation, clean and gently dry the area before use, and wash hands before and after application. Do not use more often or for longer than advised.

Common side effects
Mild burning, irritation, itching or redness at the application site. Stop using it and seek medical advice if these symptoms are severe or if a rash or swelling develops.

Precautions
Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. Avoid prolonged or excessive use of hydrocortisone-containing products, as this may thin the skin or worsen an infection. Seek medical advice for heavy or unexplained rectal bleeding, severe pain, or symptoms that do not improve. Ask a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
