What is it used for?
Paracetamol is used to relieve mild to moderate pain, such as headache, toothache, muscle aches and period pain, and to reduce fever.

How does it work?
It reduces the production of substances in the body that cause pain and fever, mainly in the central nervous system.

How to take/use it
Take by mouth with water, exactly as directed on the package or by a healthcare professional. Do not take more than the recommended amount or use it with other medicines containing paracetamol. Check the dose carefully when giving it to children.
