What is it used for?
Used to relieve acidity, heartburn and acid reflux, especially when these occur with indigestion, nausea or a feeling of fullness.

How does it work?
Pantoprazole reduces the production of stomach acid. Levosulpride helps improve movement of the stomach and upper digestive tract, which may support stomach emptying and reduce digestive symptoms.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed. Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew it. Follow the prescribed timing and duration, and do not stop treatment without medical advice.

Common side effects
Headache, nausea, diarrhoea, constipation, stomach discomfort, dizziness, drowsiness or restlessness. Levosulpride may occasionally cause breast tenderness or other hormone-related effects.

Precautions
Inform the doctor about pregnancy or breastfeeding, a history of seizures or movement disorders, unexplained breast-related problems, or suspected stomach or intestinal blockage or bleeding. Seek medical help for severe or persistent diarrhoea, unusual muscle movements, severe restlessness, or allergic symptoms. Long-term use should be monitored by a doctor.
