What is it used for?
This medicine is used to relieve acidity, heartburn and acid reflux symptoms. It may also help with nausea, bloating or discomfort related to slow stomach emptying.

How does it work?
Pantoprazole reduces the amount of acid produced in the stomach. Domperidone helps food move through the stomach and intestines and can reduce nausea.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed. Swallow it whole with water and do not crush or chew it unless advised otherwise. Do not take more or use it for longer than recommended.

Common side effects
Headache, diarrhoea, nausea, stomach pain, dry mouth, constipation or dizziness may occur.

Precautions
Tell a doctor before use if there is liver disease, heart disease, an irregular heartbeat, low potassium or magnesium levels, or a history of heart rhythm problems. Inform the doctor about all medicines being taken, especially medicines that can affect heart rhythm. Seek medical help for fainting, fast or irregular heartbeat, severe diarrhoea or an allergic reaction.
