What is it used for?
Paracetamol 500 mg is used to reduce fever and relieve mild to moderate pain, such as headache, toothache, body pain, muscle pain and period pain.
How does it work?
It reduces the production of substances in the body that cause pain and fever.
How to take/use it
Take it by mouth with water, following the instructions on the package or advice of a doctor or pharmacist. Do not take more than the recommended amount or use it with other medicines containing paracetamol.
Common side effects
Side effects are uncommon when taken as directed. Nausea, stomach discomfort or skin rash may occur.
Precautions
