What is it used for?
Used to treat acidity, heartburn and acid reflux (GERD), especially when these symptoms are associated with nausea, bloating or delayed stomach emptying.

How does it work?
Pantoprazole reduces the amount of acid produced in the stomach. Domperidone helps food move through the stomach and can reduce nausea and vomiting.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by the doctor, usually before food. Swallow the capsule whole with water; do not crush or chew it. Do not change the dose or duration without medical advice.

Common side effects
Headache, diarrhoea, stomach pain, nausea, dry mouth, constipation or dizziness.

Precautions
Tell the doctor about heart rhythm problems, liver disease or other medicines being taken. Domperidone can rarely cause serious heart rhythm disturbances, especially with certain medicines or in people with heart disease. Seek medical help for fainting, a fast or irregular heartbeat, severe dizziness or an allergic reaction. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only on medical advice.
