Composition:\
Nimesulide 100 mg \+ Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 10 mg + Cetirizine Hydrochloride 5 mg + Caffeine 30 mg.

Uses:\
Used for short-term relief of symptoms associated with the common cold and upper respiratory tract conditions, including fever, headache, body aches, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and allergy-related symptoms.

How to Use:\
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor. It may be taken with or after food to reduce stomach discomfort. Swallow the tablet with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration of treatment.

Precautions & Warnings:\
Nimesulide can cause serious liver problems and should be used for the shortest duration prescribed. Tell your doctor if you have liver or kidney disease, stomach ulcers, high blood pressure, heart disease, or are taking other painkillers. Phenylephrine may increase blood pressure and heart rate.
