What is it used for?
Used to treat bacterial infections of the eye that are accompanied by redness, swelling or other inflammation. It should be used only when prescribed by a doctor.

How does it work?
Ofloxacin is an antibiotic that stops the growth of susceptible bacteria. Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that reduces eye inflammation.

How to take/use it
Use in the affected eye(s) exactly as prescribed. Wash hands before use and do not touch the dropper tip to the eye or other surfaces. Do not use more often or for longer than directed. Avoid wearing contact lenses unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Temporary burning or stinging, eye irritation, watering and blurred vision may occur after use.

Precautions
Use only under medical supervision, especially in children or people with glaucoma or other eye problems. Do not use for undiagnosed red eye or suspected viral or fungal infection. Prolonged or repeated use may increase eye pressure, delay healing or cause another infection. Seek medical advice for worsening pain, vision changes, severe irritation or an allergic reaction.
