What is it used for?
Used to supplement riboflavin, folic acid and niacinamide, and to help prevent or correct deficiencies of these nutrients. The lactic acid bacillus component may help support normal intestinal bacteria.
How does it work?
These B vitamins support energy production, healthy blood cells and normal cell function. Lactic acid bacillus provides beneficial bacteria that help maintain intestinal balance.
How to take/use it

Common side effects
Nausea, stomach discomfort, bloating or loose stools may occur. Riboflavin may harmlessly turn urine bright yellow.
