What is it used for?
Used on the skin to relieve pain and inflammation in muscles and joints, including sprains, strains and arthritis-related pain.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces the substances that cause pain and inflammation. Menthol and methyl salicylate provide a cooling or warming sensation that may help soothe the painful area.

How to take/use it
For external use only. Apply a thin layer to the painful area and gently rub in, following the product label or healthcare professional’s instructions. Wash hands after use, unless the hands are being treated. Do not apply to broken, infected or irritated skin, or cover tightly with a bandage.

Common side effects
Mild skin irritation, redness, itching, burning or rash at the application site. Stop use if severe irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.

Precautions
Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth and other mucous membranes. Do not use if allergic to diclofenac, aspirin, other NSAIDs or salicylates. Avoid using with other diclofenac, pain-relief or NSAID products unless advised by a healthcare professional. Ask a healthcare professional before use during pregnancy, especially the last 3 months, or while breastfeeding. Keep away from children and avoid applying heat over the treated area.
