What is it used for?
Used as a dietary supplement to provide omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids and support general nutritional wellness. It is not a substitute for a balanced diet or prescribed treatment.
How does it work?
It supplies essential and non-essential fatty acids that the body uses for normal cell structure and other body functions. Flaxseed oil is a plant source of omega-3 fatty acid, mainly alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).
How to take/use it
Use only as directed on the product label. Do not exceed the recommended amount. It may be taken with food if it causes stomach discomfort.
